Rangpur Community Medical College

Rangpur Dental College & Rangpur Community Medical College is proud to have students not only nationally but also internationally. Our 50% of total students are foreign student pursuing MBBS & BDS course in respective college. We currently have 344 international students currently enrolled in MBBS and BDS course from INDIA, NEPAL, MALDIVES & BHUTAN.

The Rangpur Community Medical College, is located in Rangpur, Bangladesh. It offers 5 years' MBBS Course as approved by Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BM&DC) leading to MBBS Professional degree of the Rajshahi University. After years of success in the Health service & Dental education sector through Doctors Community Hospital (Pvt) Ltd. & Rangpur Dental College, the management could able to get the permission from the Ministry of Health to start Rangpur Community Medical College in the year 2008. From 2008-2009 educational year 1st Batch 50 students have been admitted & started class for their 5 years MBBS course & in the year 2012 the Ministry of Health conferred our seat capacity to 100 on the basis of our biggest campus, largest & modern infrastructure & best academic performance. RCMC is committed to make quality doctors both by medical knowledge and ethical standards, dedicated for suffering humanity in the north Bengal and nation.

Our library has cool and silent atmosphere for reading, study and research. The spacious library hall, well furnished with comfortable seating arrangement is located in the academic building. The library is enriched with adequate collection of common textbooks, reference books, important journals in various subjects which can provide up to date information to the students and the teachers. in addition Internet facilities are also added. More than 100 students can use the library at a time. There library remain open from 8am to 9pm for all working days.

There are well furnished biochemistry & Physiology lab with all the required chemicals and facilities for practical works. Moreover dental Chemistry lab, Anatomy with Histology lab, dental Pharmacology lab, Pathology & Microbiology lab, periodontology lab, Conservative dentistry and dental radiology lab, dental prosthetics lab, orthodontics lab, oral Surgery & Anaesthesiology lab, Children preventive & Community dentistry lab have been established with all the required facilities
