Over the past 40 years, Griffith College has developed an enviable reputation for producing successful, prize-winning students, many of whom have gone on to prominent careers both nationally and internationally. The College's School of Professional Accountancy has achieved first in the world placings on seven different occasions in ACCA examinations. Students from the College's law faculty have achieved many notable successes including winning the 50th Irish Times Debating Competition. Griffith College graduates currently hold prominent positions across a range of industry sectors including accountancy, business, computing, design, fashion, law, music and drama, and media.

Griffith College offers a wide range of computing, applied digital media and multimedia programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate level as part of its overall suite of courses. The College has fourteen computer labs at its centrally located South Circular Road campus, equipped with the latest iMac and PC desktops. The College has in recent years strongly increased its focus on online and blended learning facilities, recognising the rapidly growing student interest in flexible delivery options. Many Griffith courses are now fully available online, including in professional accountancy and law. Griffith College regularly hosts computing workshops for students and school leavers to introduce them to current industry trends such as mobile applications and gaming technologies. Its most recent workshops attracted over 400 applications and received widespread national media coverage. A state-of-the-art 350 fully seated restaurant formed part of recent college developments. The new facility incorporates a Food Court, named 'Real Food Connection', a full alcohol bar and a specialist Barista offering coffee and beverage vending. The restaurant also features a "Wok Station" where fresh ingredients will be chosen and cooked theatre style in front of you! Campbell Catering has been commissioned to run the restaurant on behalf of Griffith College.
