If all requirements are still being met, renewals are quite simple. Just keep in mind that passes expiring after January 1, 2026, will have to be renewed under COMPASS guidelines, along with updated salary thresholds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And in case you need to change jobs or leave Singapore, you\u2019ll need to cancel your existing employment pass.
